Inclusive Leadership
While 71% of companies aspire to have an inclusive culture, only 12% have achieved this objective. One reason for this glacially slow progress is a lack of visible and consistent stewardship from leadership.
Inclusive Leadership coaching is a cutting-edge approach to break through and accelerate organizational success. We take leaders on a journey to define their unique connection to Inclusion and Diversity (I&D), craft their personal narrative and identify the key shifts they can make to get others on board. Beyond personal insights, leaders are taught proven tips to inspire others to take similar action and be held to account through transparent commitments.
How it Works
- Administer proprietary 360° I&D assessment
- Conduct four (1:1) sessions, ideally scheduled 3 weeks apart
- Complete independent pre-work and homework provided in-between sessions
- If coaching is carried out for an entire executive team: facilitate meetings on key themes, learnings and implications to business
- Conduct check-in sessions and/or surveys at 3, 6 and 9 month marks following
