- Follow your curiosity: What excites you and makes you come alive in life and at work? What activities draw you in like a magnet? What would you like to try out or experiment with?
- Look behind your fears: What would you do if you knew you couldn’t fail? Is there any undertaking that excites you and scares you? What felt terrifying at first but, looking back, was wonderfully fun?
- Explore your talents: What are strengths that you’d like to use more? What do people currently value in you? How would you like to be valued?
